Close to airport

Pros: Location , clean , good for a overnight stay if catching plane early or coming in late . Good quality hotel .
Cons: Security deposit or credit card imprint to be $1 not $100 and not take a week to get back to you when people are travelling they have allocated funds

Have stayed at this hotel a few times , very disappointed that they feel the need to take $100 on checkin for security when paid for room upfront . 3 days after stay and I still don't have my $100 from a debit card back , suggest a $1 credit / debit card inprint is more realistic . Witnessed a few unhappy reactions from people at front desk when checking in . Stamford you may need to rethink this , that's a a lot of interest sitting in your account . Hotel is a good location to the airport if needing a overnight stay .

I just want to explain that the $100 bond is a standard practice in most of the hotels not only in Sydney but also around the globe since this bond is the pre-authorization that the hotels normally holding to secure not only the incidentals but also to facilitate the check out process and avoid our customers from queuing in the morning rush to settle their incidentals. I also want to clarify that hotel does not get any interest on bond money. Please accept my sincere apology if this wasn’t explained properly. Easy check in and out, room was clean, comfy and very quiet. Shuttle transfer was easy and on time.

EXCELLENCE

Pros: Everything ,no complaints
Cons: Nothing comes to mind except maybe a complimentary bottle of water maybe ?
Location: I fly to a lot of countries and I live in Canberra so I normally stay the night before I leave Australia and often on returning
I came in late after a messed up booking at another hotel ,the staff took care of me and I can only say that what I experienced was EXCELLENCE I will only be staying there again on my visits

Close to domestic airport

Pros: Easy access from domestic airport. Nice outdoor pool. Helpful, friendly staff
Cons: Needs a bit of a spruce up, firmer pillows.
Location: close to airport.
Easy 10 minute walk from domestic airport as I had no luggage, only overnight bag. Shuttle is $7.00 Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hospitality lounge was a big bonus after checking out. I used this late afternoon to shower and freshen up before my flight home. Wifi was fast and free. Hotel looking a bit tired, Chipped paint and stained carpet in corridor. But it was very clean in the room and the pool was nice. Breakfast ok, standard nothing really wrong. So even though the hotel needs sprucing up I felt the staff made up for this as they were great.

Close to international terminal

Excellent hotel with 24 hour gym, laundry, free internet. The staff and facilities were excellent. No shuttle needed from the international terminal.Will definitely stay there again.

Location: We needed a hotel close to the airport because of an early flight. So the location suited that purpose.
From the moment we arrived staff were helpful and attentive and this continued throughout our stay.

a big surprise

Cons: Clock radio, general happiness. I didn't really want to be there.. seems the staff were a bit of the same opinion..

An airport hotel that charges for a shuttle bus to the airport?? That's a first.. I walked!! it's a 7 minute easy walk.. Shower above the bath.. never my favorite mode.. Big rooms, comfortable bed.. lovely towels, good easy to work safe.. The clock radio was very hard to operate.. seems to me to be an essential in an airport hotel to have an easy reliable alarm clock facility . Generally ok , but just needs to lift the game a bit..
