This hotel was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. The room was beyond amazing. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We loved the morning breakfast buffet and the drinks we had at the bar. We can’t wait to stay here again and are excited to check out other Langham properties!

We had a balcony over looking the Harbour andCrown Casino. It had a table with 2 chairs and we enjoyed a glass of wine every night of our stay. It was a nice end to our day. Thank you

My favourite hotel to stay in the city, beautiful staff and delicious breakfast. Booked valet parking - i drive a ute and the attendant was concerned it may be too high, definitely something they should advise for valet bookings. All was fine! Will continue to go back!

The Langham Hotel Sydney was an up market hotel with friendly and attentive staff and good amenities in room. Cleanliness was amazing and overall experience was great. However found it to be a bit out of the centre of the Rocks and not many places to eat or have breakfast close by. We were not willing to pay the $50 breakfast as we just wanted a coffee or toast in the morning and to order room service was an extra charge of $10 just to deliver this. It did have a Nespresso coffee maker in room but nothing to heat up milk eg; microwave as we do not have black coffee. They were willing to send up warmed up milk but just seemed to be alot of effort for a quick coffee. Also we had the harbour view room which had the harbour view in distance but there were construction works right in front which sort of detracted from the view. it may have been helpful if this was mentioned in the descriptions and we would have chosen maybe city view. We were told that this has been going on for at least 3 years now by the man bringing our luggage to room. Anyway other than those things our stay was comfortable enough.

The hotel is very dog friendly and there was barking heard throughout my stay from nearby rooms both late in the evening and early in the morning. I would expect more from a hotel at this price point.

Sad about the decline of this hotel
I have stayed at this hotel many times. however this occasion was not good. From the minute we checked in for our 8 day stay right until our checkout we were constantly disappointed in the service. Valet parking was $88 per night. Breakfat, which was the worst i hav ever had in Sydney was $100. Nothing was included. On a positive note, our room was very comfortable and clean. However, we will definately not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it unless there is major improvement in service.

Quality Hotel. Quality staff.
Lovely hotel. We were unable to have the room we booked as they experienced some damage to the room but were upgraded to a lovely suite and given some other benefits which were over and above what they could have done for us. Very impressed with the reception staff and the concierge desk were extremely friendly and professional. A lovely hotel throughout and located in a lovely quieter spot only a short walk from the Rocks.

our TV was not working which was one if the reasons i was getting away for two nights. Have a lazy day in bed watching a movie. This was reported to the front desk staff many times. No one seemed to care. Ruined my stay. Housekeeping was amazing, but i would not stay there again.
