I was alone for this trip and it was the first time I'd stayed in the city by myself so I was quite nervous. I had previously stayed at The Darling so decided to come back because I'd have some familiarity. Everyone I came into was just so nice and it made me feel so at ease having been alone. The staff were amazing. I had a wonderful experience with both the check-in and valet, both of these staff members were so lovely. Then the staff who brought up my bags, staff opening the elevators, the cleaners smiling and greeting me as I walked past, the staff in the Italian restaurant downstairs. Honestly, the best customer service I have ever experienced in an Australian hotel. I'm not usually one for writing reviews, and yes the hotel itself is wonderful, rooms are nice and clean, great value, etc. But for me, the way I was treated, was 11/10. Couldn't recommend more 🙌
