Great location. Close to bus, train, parks, museum

Pros: Location. Had a very good buffet breakfast.
Cons: Housekeeping
Check in was good. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Specify a queen bed when you book or you will probably end up with two twins.

Great, convenient location

Pros: The location and the facilities suited the purpose of our visit
I was travelling with my two teenage sons and booked a triple share room. It worked well for us. It also had the added bonus of a kitchen sink a microwave and enough basic cutlery and crockery for the three of us. The location was fantastic, 10 min walk to Central Station, 15 minute walk to Darling Harbour and about a 30 minute walk to Circular Quay. Hyde Park was only a couple of minutes away. Lots of great eateries and food outlets in the area. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Good location

After a difficult check in which took well over 10 minutes everything was fine..... All three guests who were checking at the same time as me were held up as well trying to prove their payment, not sure if this is due to Expedia or not but after a long flight with no sleep it was a hassle Otherwise, reasonable accomodation for the price

Good hotel, close to HopOn, Hop Off bus route.

Good location, very clean & updated. We were pleasantly surprised to find a mini kitchen in the room. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Stayed here for 2 nights after cruise.

Nice and close to Oxford st

Room was nice But very dirty Cutlery had food stuck on it Bin s were filthy Very dusty and vents were full of dirt

Convenient Location

Very close to Oxford Street. Clean, well maintained hotel. A little pricey based on the value you get.

Central location but hotel stay wasn't great

We had issues with our hot water, although resolved we were left feeling as if it "wasn't a big deal". Three people booked into a room but not three sets of everything, for examples drinking glasses. The Bed doona didn't have covers and made it feel unhygienic

Hotel close to railway station.

Pros: Close to train station.
Cons: Maintain cleanliness regardless of star ratings.
Marina, Reception desk staff was wonderful and tried to accommodate my needs, but unfortunately is caught in a situation being a staff in a poorly maintained hotel. The room is not well kept as well as the bathroom. I couldn't dare to step on the floor tiles to shower. I showed picture of bathroom tiles with mold and lime residue to the manager. I was then moved to a different room. I'm just glad to have to stay only one more night. But will not forget this experience.

Location was fine.

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Check all room before booking in guests. Cant expect cleaners to do everything. Provide tea/coffee/milk and biscuits or similar like other hotels
Breakfast was great in the kitchen, heaps to chose from. Bag drop off was handy on checkout before our Airport departure. A/C didn't work properly the first night and room was quite stuffy. It just wouldn't turn on and stayed on standby. A/C still not working the second night after being out all day and had to call reception to fix. Staff came and he had to go into the display panel and re configure program. T.V worked but the volume could not be turned down by the remote or manually on the side of tv so it was embarrassing loud and we had to turn it off. Couldn't leave on as adjoining rooms would have been affected along with us. We even changed the batteries over that we had but that didn't fix it.
