The room was slightly dirty and even found a dead cockroach. The shower head was broken and some how managed to have shower which then flooded the shower and the bathroom. Informed the lady at the reception who said she’ll send someone but don’t know if that happened, asked for extra towels and never received it as we had to use the existing towels to dry the bathroom.

Location was good, area around it was questionable, biggest issue was the A/C in the room would only blow hot air. They said they couldn’t fix it and had no other rooms so I had to scramble to find a place last minute. They didn’t offer to help with any of the costs. Thankfully Expedia gave me a refund but finding another place last minute cost me double.

Overall the property was fine. One of the blinds was broken, unable to roll it up. Shower head was leaking when showering. Some of the tile in shower was not sealed.

Spacious family appartment. The main bed was very comfy and parking at the hotel was convenient. We don't mind walking a bit so it was a nice walk through the botanic gardens to the opera house, or a 15 to 20 min walk to kings cross train station for a short ride to the popular spots we wanted to see.

We stayed at the nesuto Woolloomooloo for a week and found it exceptional. We were only a 20 minute walk from Circular quay across the beautiful botanic gardens and a short distance from the kings cross station from where we easily travelled to the east side beaches. Potts Point is also very close by and is worth exploring. The apartment was fitted with everything we needed. We’d happily book with nesuto in the future 🇨🇦

Nesuto is well-positioned if you are wanting to be in the heart of Wooloomooloo (which we were). A quiet hotel and a good-sized room. It was great to have your own kitchen and parking on-site (for a fee). While clean, the room was a bit tired and the bathroom was in need of some renovation. Unlocking the door was a major challenge - we finally worked out the knack on our very last entry!!

Terrible check in experience after hours. Wifi was unusable. Absolutely no flexibility on check out time (even 20 minutes) and not particularly friendly staff. Rooms were huge, but tired. Bathrooms from the 90s. Decent view. Good location. Very expensive

Great spot off a main road getting you into the central business district or other neighboring areas with great coffee shops and dining options. Reception has strict business hours but it worked in our favour.

Unfortunately had a bad experience at this hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted very abruptly, not welcoming whatsoever. We were staying at this hotel during a Sydney heatwave, 40 degrees one day, mid 30’s the rest of our stay. When we got to our room our air conditioning wasn’t working. We were told that 2 of the rooms had this issue. We asked if we could be changed to a different room as we had spent good money and being in a room during 40 degree weather without aircon is absurd. We were told there were no other rooms available. The aircon was fixed on the last day of our trip but by then we had barely slept as the room was a near sauna for two days. Very disappointed in what we received and am surprised that no compensation was given for this

The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the condition of the room wasn’t great. It was dirty, sheets were dirty, fridge was leaky and door didn’t close, bathroom was leaky, wifi was a huge disappointment as it never worked and the windows were so dirty. There was a big cockroach in the room too. Efforts could have been made with continental breakfast too. Not going back there.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are big. However, for the first time we could remember, we were denied even a few minutes-late check out. We were told the "hotel was full" and we had to be out at the 10 a.m. check-out time, sharp. This on the start of Daylight Savings, so, effectively, 0900. When we exited the room, there was not a housekeeping cart in sight.

Would love to say this is the perfect property to stay in the Woolloomooloo area but unfortunately there was some things that need addressing. The blinds were mouldy and there were big dark cobwebs hanging from the wall in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the apartment spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room just looked tired and needs some loving.

Share door was open with kids from other room coming in to our room, when moved we were moved into a room that was still dirty from previous night , last room was just a room ! Room was dirty , don’t know what was growing out of the sink !!!! Front door glass was kicked in during the night from pub next door . Never to return !!!! Also waited for ten minutes while the two girls had a smoke outside in the street .

Huge room with tons of space to relax. Nice to have a balcony with great views of Sydney and the marina in Woolloomooloo. Decoration was a bit dated
