We take you into the enchanting dune landscape of Rantum and give you on the one hand from the southern half of the house an exclusive view of the idyllic Wadden Sea, on the other hand from the opposite side of the house on the rough North Sea. The house sea view is located on a hill in the middle of the dunes and really offers everything your heart desires. This luxurious and with great attention to detail built thatched house part with a single house character offers space for up to 6 people, only in the EC and UG. Built in 2012, the property captivates with its stylish and modern furnishings, as well as its technical diversity of a very special kind. You can expect an exclusive design with light natural stone tiles, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and living areas, each with a guest toilet on the ground and lower floors. A luxurious wellness bath awaits you, which is like a true oasis of well-being. The spa is equipped with a double sink and additionally includes a sauna, a huge walk-in shower equipped with a splash and a rain shower. Not to forget the completely glazed stove, which guarantees by its elegant design for cozy evenings in the living room. The entire house has a stunning, fully networked surround system installed. You can control the music in the sauna, your bedroom and even on the terrace via several touch pads from different rooms, thus providing the right mood for the room. On the ground floor of the house is the hallway with access to the guest toilet and the high-quality living / dining area, which adjoins an open kitchen. The living / dining area includes a dining table for 8 people, a spacious Ledereckcouch and the open fully equipped kitchen with island and Vorstragertem Esstresen. The living room has a large flat screen TV - the highlight here is of course the stove with window, the feel-good atmosphere guaranteed.
