“My worst experience ever staying at a hotel/motel in my lifetime. From the check in with a mumbling rude "I don't care at all" boy who checked me and threw the key down on the counter to the musty smell of the room with a hint of cigarette smell. The coffee machine didn't work nor was it the right machine to go with the coffee pods they provided. Not to mention the fact that no security or responsible management that should have told the 8 drunken bikers that were outside all night drinking……

“We stayed for only one night but overall had a great experience. The receptionist who welcomed us during check-in was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, which set a wonderful tone for our stay.However, the breakfast service has room for improvement. The selection was quite limited, and key items ran out quickly. There was not enough butter, and the bread selection was depleted before everyone could eat. The morning staff seemed to be multitasking heavily, which unfortunately prevented them……

“The room was spacious and clean. A bit of a strange set up for the bathroom. The sink is outside the bathroom. If traveling with your dog, you cannot leave your dog in your room if you are going out. Even if they are kenneled. Had to keep my dog in the car during my brother's funeral.”

“Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was average at best, the walls are paper thin and the neibor room was up partying all night, and when I complained she literally never said a word to me. We also had unwrapped coffee and water cups and one of the coffee cups was used.”
