Hot winter night
I arrived around midnight after a long day of flying and waiting for flights. The desk clerk was ok but when I got to my room, the heat was set at 68 but the temperature was near 90 with the unit still pumping out heat. The window was partially open too so someone must have known about it. I had to run the AC all night and it was only 20 degrees outside! Also, the sink top was broken into two pieces. It was passably clean but needs serious repairs.

This place was terrible. Looks like a motel built in the 80's that has never been renovated, cleaned or repaired. The carpet was worn and ripped, the chairs had stains, the tissue holder in the bath was rusted, the floor tile was broken, etc. I could only stay for one night and ended up sleeping in my dress clothes in fear of the dirty sheets. I will never use Expedia again because there is no recourse to back out of a bad room.

We arrived there, my mom, my service dog and I. I have a licensed service dog, but when my mom came back from check in, she gave me my card and we got inside. The guy at the entrance immediately yelled at us that we can't bring a big dog like that inside. She's a bernese, a very small one. So I say, no, it's a service dog. He says I have to change rooms. Ok, no problems! I get the room 245. I get inside. Everything seemed fine, except the very bad odour. It was hot in the room so I went to open the fan. Not only was it broken, it was so filthy I had to take a picture and I went downstairs to complain. No way was I staying in that room. On my way to complain, I stopped at my mom's room. Her room was clean, no bad smells, her fan was working properly. I was very insulted. I shouldn't have to deal with such bad quality just because I need a dog for my health?! She's a LICENSED SERVICE DOG. I can't believe it. So I complained and asked for another room. The guy gave me 244. A little cleaner, still smelled very bad, and the fan works. But the bathroom light DOESN'T TURN OFF?! I am disappointed and very angry. I will complain on every board I can. I am a disabled person and because of that, I get rooms so badly neglected I just can't even sleep there. This hotel shouldn't even be allowed to be an hotel.

The owner was nice. They did give me clean towels for the next day. The internet pictures doesn’t reflect the true conditions of the property however my needs were met. A warm place to sleep. No fridge, no microwave. Only 2 pillows! Too flat to sleep well.

Pretty disappointed in this property. It's half under construction, which wasn't a problem at all and maybe they are working to address issues with the new rooms. Beds were uncomfortable and not very clean. Our "comforter" was thin, brittle and had a large burn mark in it. The AC was powerful, but the room was cramped so that helped it's cause. Old television in an odd place, not what we are there for but definitely not a great feature. We did like the very large mirror behind the bed for a positive, and the bathroom was at least stocked. Check in took a long time, the guy at the desk was not the nicest person to deal with and they will charge you a fee that for us was more than the room as a deposit. Could not get a clear answer on when that would be lifted. Entering and exiting the property was an unfortunate task. None of the doors lining the sides of the buildings open from the outside so we had to park near our room, have someone run around the front and then prop the door open the let the other in. Ultimately I would not recommend staying here if you can at all avoid it. I think this hotel finally has me seeing the worth of spending a little more on a room.

Remodel going on,good to see. My window was broken.every 20 minutes or so you could smell pot. Lobby smelled real bad of moth balls. They only provide one flat pillow. I had to get instructions on how to rest the TV in my room. Took a while to figure it out. The price went way up from last visit couple years ago and there continental breakfast consist of coffee for couple hours in morning. I will never stay against. I travel allot and this was the worst.

The person above me was walking around all night and it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling at any moment. The curtains wouldn't close all the way so everyone walking by on the first floor could look in.
