My stay at Baymont was a plesant experience. The carpet had an odor, but everything else was fine. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast but I was happy to know that it was available. I will stay there again.

Pros: the continental breakfast was good but not much to choose from now
Cons: make sure the room smells nice and refreshed and that the cool temp is around 75 and wider bed like a queen not double.
Location: the location is not bad its a little away from some shops etc but location is next to hiway so its fine
We've stayed here for a couple of times but this time it all changed. They cut back on what they serve for continental breakfastt. I asked for a fridge in my room and none was available but said he would let me know the next day and I did say don't bother. we had a 2 double beds and my husband climbs into bed and finds the floor was soaking wet like someone spilled a bucket of water on the floor. T'he room smelled funny so don't think it was cleaned up good. The cool temp was set at 64 and was freezing in the room. I wouldn't stay here again but may have to next which is my daughters final year at Syracuse

Reasonably priced for a single night

Not a bad hotel but not great either. Bathroom was in need of repair and the towels were terrible. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was not bad. It was close to the airport and 90 which was a plus.

Disappointment, many items seemed worn out and/or dirty (carpets, bathroom fixtures, furniture). Bedding was nice and clean. Attendant did not keep up with the breakfast crowd, many things were empty, had to wait to get items replenished.

I am not a complainer but I almost left. The smell in my room was terrible. The furniture was absolutely filthy. White crusty smudges. Really gross. Bed broken down. People were super nice but would never stay here or reccommend.

Average, bed linen old needs replaced. Room and bathroom dirty, the tub old and the chalking needs replacing. Hotel needs updating.

Frankie was very helpful with the my schedule changes, as well future bookings. Cleaning staff also pleasant and accomadating. A few more hot breakfast selections would be A big improvement.

Accessibility issue

Asked for handicap accessible room for 2 guests. We confirmed reserv the day before but they only had accessible rooms with 1 King bed when we arrived. None with 2 doubles. Had to take a room further down hall instead but near elevator. Only came up with this when I suggested it.
