When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the rooms that we reserved were not available as they had not been cleaned. It was 9:30 pm so they should have been clean. We were offered rooms with king beds rather than two queens. This was not acceptable. The receptionist was on a personal call when we arrived and seemed put out that she had to end her call. She acted as though she hated her job. When we said that we would not accept the room we were offered as we wanted the two queens, she looked in the computer and told us that those rooms were available, but had not been switched over in the computer. We were a little worried that we would be given a dirty room and luckily it was clean. We were not happy with the service.

For what they charge it was a bust. They put us in a room in which the TV didn't work. They knew this and could have put us in a different but by the time we found out (the next day) they were full. The TV on the other side of the wall in the played all night. Who in their right mind would install a TV on a wall with the head board of the bed on the other side. The breakfast that they served looked to be the worse one I ever had. I wouldn't have minded these issue if the place was $60 or $70 cheaper. I felt I was robbed.

Good value hotel

Booked as a stopover between NYC and Niagara Falls. Rooms were good size and clean. Good bathroom with good brand shampoo/conditioner rather than usual no-name offerings. Hotel is out-of-town but less than 10 mins drive to the Destiny USA mall with over 200 shops and a good selection of restaurants. Standard buffet style breakfast in morning. Excellent connections to interstate and other major roads.

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING NEED NEW STAFF
Location: LOCATE WAS GOOD
danielle steak resturant onsite food was terrible steak was tough, scallops were burned mashed potatoes were cold. YOU COULDN'T READ THE MENU DUE TO NO LIGHTING. I WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL AGAIN. ON CHECKOUT ASKED FOR A RECEIPT AND WAS TOLD U WOULD MAIL ONE TO US. COST OF A CANDY BAR WAS $2.00. BATHROOM WAS COLD ROOM ALSO WAS COLD EVEN WITH THE HEAT ON. THE GUY AT THE DESK FOREIGN COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HIM AT ALL. GUY LATER ON AT DESK WAS RUDE.
