1 bed out of 2 queens was garbage. Like sleeping in a hole. Bathroom dryer hadn’t been wiped. Hairs that were not mine sitting on top of it. Left dirty towels outside door, thought they would leave some in bag by my door. Asked me to walk a mile to front desk, that didn’t happen so towels were brought 4 hrs later. Left trash outside door and asked for new bags and they never left them. Ended up leaving a day earlier cause my back couldn’t take that bed another night. Would probably stay there again , rooms were good but will check beds 1st thing when I walk in. Breakfast was great! 3.5 of 5 stars

Great 2 bedroom suite however doors were filthy and need to be cleaned badly. Rest was pretty clean and rug was spotless. Furniture is very out of date but ok and bed was comfortable. Bathroom needs renovation but was clean.

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed in a room that ended up having a ceiling water leak overnight. The entire room smelled like vomit in the morning. Manager told us it’s been an ongoing issue with that room and we were not made aware prior. They are not repairing it because they have actually been evicted and will vacating the premises soon. Yet they continue to keep that room open for reservations. Regardless of the cost, STAY ELSEWHERE!

Rooms need some serious updating and cleaning . Asked for a late checkout of an hour as a VIP member and was told I’d be charged $25. I have NEVER paid for a late check out in my life .

Since we stayed there a few years ago, the place has deteriorated. The furnishings are shabby, the TV remote did not work - no replacement available - and we had to fix our broken toilet due to no maintenance staff on site. On the positive side, breakfast was fine and the prices of the accommodations are reasonable.

The first room we were assigned to, we went into the bathroom and there was a brown liquid along the bottom of the door. Then, we went to pull out the sofa bed and the sheet was FILTHY! Yellow stains, dirt on the sheet. Disgusting. They move our room. No remote for the tv in the bedroom and a dishwasher full of DIRTY dishes from the previous people. The second room smelled of smoke. The staff were ok. There was one woman in particular that was wonderful. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

The facility appears to be having a housekeeping staffing problem. All of the staff, who are currently onboard, are doing their best to be as accommodating and hospitable as possible, but the carpets in the common areas need to be vacuumed and shampooed. Our room had been cleaned, but the tile floor areas hadn’t been mopped and the kitchen area floor was sticky. There was no soap or shampoo in our room, only one wash cloth and no clothes hangers. There were two TVs, but only one remote. It appears that people are living in the hotel short term, rooms aren’t cleaned daily and people take hotel staples when they move out. Our room smelled fine, but our friend’s nonsmoking room across the hall smelled so much like cigarette smoke that she needed to change rooms. Having a suite was nice and the location was very good for us. We also got a very good rate on the room. We were only staying for one night so it wasn’t a horrible situation. When I went to the front desk, they were apologetic and provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and three wash clothes. A maintenance man scoured other rooms and gave us four clothes hangers. We don’t normally need a lot of service or personal care, but the standard of service here was surprisingly lower than we expected. We will have to think hard about returning.

Spacious but muggy
The checkin process was quickly & staff was friendly. Hallway looked nice but the room smelled muggy even though it was super spacious & convenient as it had 2 queen beds & a pullout. Breakfast was not good and even the make your own waffle did not taste like anything even though it was labeled “cinnamon roll”.
