Very nice city hotel. Hotel is well-situated for exploring Ortigia. Room, with a view of the water, was quite nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was as expected for a property of this caliber. Hotel is located within restricted zone, so it was possible to drive to hotel but then necessary to valet park (at 50 Euros/day). We also walked to the archeological park and museum in Siracusa although this was quite a ways. There is a rooftop outdoor lounge that has a view but seems too hot for afternoon use and a bit too cool for the evening during our late October visit. We highly recommended this hotel.

It was our best hotel experience in Sicily so far. The hotel is beautifully decorated with Art Deco style. I highly recommend a room with sea view because the sunset from the balcony is super romantic. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with both buffet and à la carte options (not included). We benefited from a free access to the spa (depends on the category of the room) and we really enjoyed the aromatic showers. The hotel is perfectly situated on Ortigia, so close to everything to visit. I would stay definitely here again!

Property is beautiful and staff were very helpful. The hotel does not have a pool nor sun beds. This was very disappointing. Also bathroom configuration was terrible. Shower very small with no shelves. Door banged into the toilet. Having a bathtub was a waste of space.

The only complaint that I have it's that the shower is not comfortable at all, otherwise it's an amazing hotel .
