OK hotel.

Location: I enjoyed Ska Nanh but did not find it through either the hotel or the 2017 AAA booklet. Family emergency prevented me from exploring further
staff was outstanding. first assigned room smelled of smoke and we were given a smaller room which surprised me--given that the entire facility is non-smoking, why not an upgrade instead of a downgrade? Each room needs a pamphlet or flyer describing hotel facilities and hours of operation. A list of local restaurants and types of foods served should be available at the desk. Breakfast could be improved.

Good shopping location!

Pros: Location and quietness
Cons: The treatment by one certain personnel member at the front desk (did not catch his name).
Location: Great for shopping and dining!
When we checked in, I inquired about a room on the first floor and understandably, they were all reserved. We were given a room on the 2nd floor and when we got up there, it was a handicapped room. We are not handicapped so we went back to the front desk and asked to be moved and were told that we were obligated to take the handicapped room because we booked through Expedia and the hotel was fully booked and everyone had checked in but us (at 5:30 pm). As were were coming back from dinner, there were people at the front desk just checking in so it appears the gentleman at the desk that we were dealing with did not provide accurate information. As for the room, we had to place our toiletries on the floor in the bathroom as there was no sink space due to it being oriented towards handicapped individuals. The room itself was quiet, the beds were very comfortable but the pillows were not the best. Overall, I would stay there again but would not book through Expedia so that we weren't treated like second class citizens. The location was great for us as it was surrounded by shopping and restaurants.

Great suites!

Wr truly enjoyed our stay! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Breakfast was good with a good variety. I am definitely returning!!!

great for a family getaway

Our second stay during the kids Feb mid winter break. Enjoyed it so much we came back next year. Very kid friendly, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Took the kids to great northern mall across the street and close to the city.

Nice hotel close to everything

My kids loved the pool, I loved the big room. We were clone to the stores, many restaurants and the mall. We had a great time.

Super Friendly Staff

Jordan at the front desk was AMAZING! She was super friendly and had a great personality and that started our visit off in a fantastic way! The condition of the room was fabulous. It was comfortable, cozy and clean. I felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
