In the Hilton family of hotels, there are some limited-service hotels that do have complimentary continental breakfast. Hilton Garden Inn are a full-service hotel and are prohibited from giving breakfast for free. We do have a room package rate that does include breakfast. While we understand rates can be challenging, especially on days where a lot is going on in the area of Syracuse. Hi John,I have checked the commercial boilers for a reading over the last few days and both units (new units 5 week ago) show that the hot water coming out of the boilers was above 150 degrees. Did you call down to the front desk and let them know. We would have fixed the problem within minutes. We are sorry to hear of your dis-satisfaction! This is the first hot water complaint we have heard in a long time. We hope you give us another opportunity in the future!
