Given the location (inside an old business park, across from train tracks), the price was not worth it. ESPECIALLY considering they do not clean rooms daily (every 3 days) nor do they offer even a cold continental breakfast. This was a clean equivalent to a Hampton Inn. No more. No less. Certainly NOT worth $364 per night on a non-holiday weekend.

Our pricing strategy put us in the middle tier of the mid to upper scale hotels. We hope you give us another opportunity to serve you!Jim
Staff were friendly. On site restaurant, food was good. On site bar with good variety of drinks. Although very limited on wine, selection. Rooms were clean. Did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean.

I was surprised that there wasn’t even a continental breakfast included. The breakfast they had however, for extra charge was very good.

In the Hilton family of hotels, there are some limited-service hotels that do have complimentary continental breakfast. Hilton Garden Inn are a full-service hotel and are prohibited from giving breakfast for free. We do have a room package rate that does include breakfast. The room was clean.. the hot tub was not hot. When I addressed this to the front desk, the response was much less than satisfactory. Draft beers in the “pub” were ridiculous in price. Food was minimal choices, and again were severely overpriced. Found a much better establishment a few minutes down the road. Will not be persuaded to stay there again

Dark and dreary rooms. Bed was broken and wobbly. Would be fine if it wasn’t so expensive.

Needed to change dates of my booking. Took over an hr to get someone on the phone. Cost and additional $larger sum to change dates. And the person on the phone did not speak English. Terrible experience and will NEVER use Expedia again!

I booked this hotel (and paid a good amount more), because this hotel had a hot tub. I called before booking and confirmed they had a hot tub and it was working. However, this "hot" tub was barely a luke warm tub, which was very disappointing. If you are gonna have a hot tub, it needs to be hot or don't bother.

Hi John,I have checked the commercial boilers for a reading over the last few days and both units (new units 5 week ago) show that the hot water coming out of the boilers was above 150 degrees. Did you call down to the front desk and let them know. We would have fixed the problem within minutes. We are sorry to hear of your dis-satisfaction! This is the first hot water complaint we have heard in a long time. We hope you give us another opportunity in the future!

The hotel with excellent my only concern was the beds are uncomfortable but the pillows are great. The pool was over chlorinated to the point you could only swim for a half hour because of the fumes giving you a headache. Other than that our stay was great.

Clean hotel, recently updated, great friendly staff with excellent service. Has a bar and restaurant on site with good food. Great place to stay. I stayed there many times and I travel at least 100 days a year.

Highly recommend. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Hotel restaurant had an amazing selection of yummy food. Beds comfortable. Will definitely book again when we are in the area

Pretty was nice and the rooms were clean but the bed was awful. Had a king bed that was in terrible shape. My back was killing me in the morning
