For two consecutive days I reserved this hotel in Siracusa with Hotels.com which gave me a confirmation answer and the night before I received this letter....
It asked me to call by phone to have a relocation because the confirmed hotel has no availability????
2 consecutive nights as a Gold Member is too much because its the first time this happens to me.
Also the procedure of calling by phone is more complicated than sending a mail.
I had to reserve another hotel by Hotels.com and its really like a bad joke than you ask me now how was my stay.
Please confirme me you didn ' t charge me and explain me why for 2 consecutive days I was changed in a previously aceptes and confirmed hotel.
