Nice hotel next to SU. Great for college tour. 2 story loft unit! Walkable to admissions office. Great staff!

It was a very nice suite, enjoyed my stay and the bed and shower were very nice. Only problem was at checkout the girl at the front desk attempted to charge me $32 WITHOUT TELLING OR ASKING ME despite me having been fully paid months ago. She claimed it was from Expedia and even though I showed her my PAID RECEIPT, she could not assure me of anything because there was no manager there for the whole weekend! Luckily Expedia assured me there wouldn’t be any other charges but it took me an HOUR to check out instead of the 2 minutes it should have. But the woman attempting to charge me money without even ATTEMPTING TO TELL ME really put me off wanting to come there again. Luckily I didn’t have the $32 dollars on the card or I would probably be waiting for a refund. Just inexcusable

Loved the location to be able to walk to university and Dome. Easy free parking.Comfortable bed and pillows. Slept very well. Good coffee. Would like to see grab and go breakfast included.

Fantastic location for touring Syracuse University. Very friendly staff and a unique not out of the box feel. Litterally on Campus. Very friendly and accomodating staff. I enjoyed my stay here!

Great hotel, good location near the University. Rooms comfy, but could use a little updating. Thought it was a bit pricey, but we did book last minute and I think there was a football game at the University that day as well, which probably increases demand!

Room was a nice size. I loved that there were lots of towels and extra washcloths! I was happy to have free green tea downstairs. The staff were all very nice. Parking was so easy. I love the building. It was just much more pleasant than I expected.
