The room was not cleaned properly. Full of dust and hair in the shower. The sheets were very rough and the bed was not comfortable. No parking available. Horrible breakfast because of poor quality products . Yogurt and eggs were inedible.

I love this hotel- great location and friendly staff. My only complaints were just that the rooms could be a little dark, and the shower area in the bathrooms was really underlit.

The front desk staff was excellent. I should have gotten the name of the amazing woman at the front desk. I'm sure she shared it but I am horrible with names. She was welcoming, warm, informative, just awesome in everyway. I did not like that the bed did not fit properly on the bed frame. I was concerned that I might injure my leg trying to navigate away from the exposed frame. Also, a TV guide for the channels would be appreciated. Loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Great central location. I felt safe.

The parking lot for guests only held around 20 spots and only 1 handicap! The overflow parking lot is almost 2 blocks away

The woman at the front desk, Alicia, was so lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast today was delicious with many choices. I’d stay here again and recommend it.

Great location no housekeeping during your stay ! Bathroom faucet is for a kitchen sink rooms are very tiny no storage in bathroom overall good for a couple of days

Came to Syracuse for an event, and found this hotel to be excellently located among many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area felt safe, the hotel is well kept and the staff very friendly and professional.

One fun night
Very friendly staff, lits of food places around. Rooms were nice temperature in room a little off throughout room. Good choices for breakfast. Pretty easy parking even for $12 a night. Clise to a lot of event buildings. Would definitely stay again.

Elicia was very welcoming and informative. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and sights. Breakfast could have been a bit better but plenty of options.

Really enjoyed our stay and definitely be back. Called prior to arriving to ask if early check in was available. Woman who answered was very helpful and said they could accommodate our request. Parking lot is small, was able to get one of the last spots. Wasnt sure how to get in, so walked around and had to be let in- building is fully locked (access easy with room key). Building and room a little aged (expected) and suitable. Hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, Land Mark Theatre, THe On- center, and museums. Would definitely stay there again next time im in Syracuse.

The hotel itself was very good. Great area and convenient. The absolute highlight of our stay was Alecia at the front desk. Truly the best, warmest and most friendly service I've ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel has someone extremely special working there. We drove down from Canada for the weekend. We decided that on our next visit, we'll definitely stay at this hotel based solely of the incredible service we received from Alecia. She absolutely made us feel incredibly welcome! Our daughter attends Colgate University in Hamilton and we have been staying at this hotel since her freshmen year whenever we come to visit. Some changes have been made now that it is under the Best Western hotel group. Mostly all good, but we do miss the pictures on the wall in the lobby : ) One issue. The showers have been revamped with multiple shower heads and this can cause water to run out of the shower and onto the floor if they are not positioned just right to avoid this.
