We waited at front desk for about half an hour. In the room, we also find the hole on the the bed sheet. Never recommend.

It is very rare that our front desk attendant would take that long to respond. I will look into who was working and address the issue. Our hotel is newly renovated and we have taken a lot of care to provide our guests with exceptional service. We hope that you will see this as an isolated experience and visit us again in the future.
