Friendly staff, great breakfast, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be to have a larger TV, more channels and options to rent movies.

Very loud at night, great staff

Pros: Staff were very friendly and accomodating
Cons: Smell of room, updating of bathrooms.
Location: Destiny mall is close by but not much else to do.
We had booked our stay for 3 nights and prepaid. Our room was right off the parking lot with outdoor access. At night it was very loud with people and trucks driving up and down the road for some reason. The room was very small and smelled. The walls had some patch work done on them but wasn't painted or finished. The staff were great and the breakfast was enough for what we needed. I wouldn't stay here again unless it's been cleaned up and the smell is gone. I had to wash all our clothes we didn't wear when we got home as they smelled like the room. We couldn't sleep well so we ended up leaving a day early and losing the cost of one night of the hotel. Very disappointing and if we go back to Syracuse I would pay the extra to stay somewhere else.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom and it was quite small. The bathroom sink and shower drained very slowly and was a bit dirty. The bed, however, was clean and comfy. For breakfast they had the typical waffles, juice, pastries, fruit etc. They also had eggs and sausages. The one thing that I didn't like was that you had to go outside to get to your room. The walls were thin and I could hear people talking at 6 in the morning. Overall, quality Inn isn't a bad if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

If you decide to stay again just ask the staff if you could be on the third floor. This way you do not have to go outside to get to your room. We waited at front desk for about half an hour. In the room, we also find the hole on the the bed sheet. Never recommend.

Cons: A microwave in the room would have made the stay more convenient.
Our experience was pleasing. The staff members were tremendously hospitable. And, yes they do have full breakfast in the mornings.
