on the day we checked in the Desk clerk Jason, was a super nice Gentleman. when we went into the room my Girlfriend put her hand on top of the TV, when she took her hand off, it was FULL of dust. we let it go and she wiped it down. the room was nice. on the day before we were to check out housekeeping knocked on our door twice and we told her that we were getting ready to go out for the day. The desk clerk called our room and we said we were leaving in about 5 minutes, there was a housekeeping cart outside our room. when we came back home after being out all day, we got to our room and there was a plastic bag with towels,coffee and shampoo in it. we went into our room, the dirty towels were still on the floor, the counters and tub were still dirty, and out bed was not made and the floor not vacuumed. when we checked out the following day, we told the desk clerk and the manager about our room not being clean, she said the housekeeper said she tried to get into your room twice, I said yes she did but we weren't ready yet, she said she had a class to get to and couldn't stay. I told her about the housekeeping card being outside our room, she said oh, that wasn't her cart, that was someone else's. I said and that someone else couldn't clean our room???. that was CRAZY that another couldn't do the job for another one. they would rather leave a patrons room dirty, i'm disabled and in a power chair and I had to try to fix my bed and clean their mess by myself!!!!!!
