Not so great

We should have just stayed at the super 8. Beds were uncomfortable, breakfast was mediocre and it felt dingy. The only plus was the pool.

Pros: Enough room for 5.
No enough towel. Took a family room and we only had 2 towels. Talked to the reception about it but nothing was done.

Disappointed

Pros: Price was ok
Location: Was 10 minutes or so away from Syracuse University
Staff training needed, pool was disgusting, work out equipment broken, HBO unavailable

Pros: N/A
Cons: Cleaning and overall appearance, old and dated, needs an upgrade
Front desk helpful, but rooms need upgrading, was a quick overnight stay so did not spend much time in hotel

Decent for the price

Some complaints about our room however the staff were excellent. Comp. breakfast wasn't great but it's the same everywhere. Comfortable beds, large rooms. Terrible bathroom set up and broken tub plug. The carpet in our room was wwet but I guess that means it's clean? Looking on the bright side!

Pretty good hotel

Except for the loudness of the next door visitors, the experience was really great. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the attention of the persons taking care of the dinning room and the cleaning crew.

Conveniently located

Housekeeping could have been better, didn't empty trash or replace toilet paper. Dodged cobwebs from light by the exit for my three day stay. Mentioned it when checking out.
