Taking someone to the Syracuse airport.

The shower enclosure was cracked and had spiders and the curtain. I would not stay there again.

Awesome service and breakfast!

This hotel was a fabulous deal! We wanted a basic hotel with a pool for the kids after a long day of travel and this met our needs in spades. The front desk was very helpful, the pool was nice and the breakfast was one of the best "breakfast included" I have had! Excellent all round

Lacking basics

Pros: Proximity to the event we were attending.
Cons: Correct the items noted.
Location: N/A
One night stay, no water glasses (plastic or otherwise) provided; two foam coffee cups but only one single serve regular and one decaf coffee provided, white comforter had multiple dark stains. Black mold on window sill...strong odors of cleaning products in hall and in room.

Very serviceable hotel, room was OK but needed maintenance. East access to Syracuse University and Destiny's USA Mall

The room smelled like cigarette smoke.. yikes

Pros: THe breakfast was really good....Really good waffles and nice juice!
Cons: YOu need to have the pool open later than 10 pm.. we went out for dinner and that was the only reason we booked your hotel.....
Location: There is several malls, carrier circle, downtown Syracuse is a drive...
The whole reason we stayed at the hotel was to swim in the pool.. and it closed at 10 pm.. booooo.... it opened again at 8 am.. that was good.. but our room STUNK of cigarette smoke... yikes... the room was clean but you could tell that someone had been smoking in there for YEARS before we were in it... they need to replace the carpeting and paint the walls.

very convenient location

Pros: Location and easy access
Cons: As noted, the rooms and public areas can use some updating.
There are many hotels in the Carrier Circle area, but this one was the most affordable for my short business trip. The people at the hotel were wonderful, and the free breakfast was tasty. The rooms and public areas were definitely dated, but I look forward to returning when the renovations are completed.

Great staff, but the hotel is really outdated. Poor heating and cooling in the room.

Very nice hotel

Very clean and up kept . They shocked me with a $75 hold on your card . Although check out was at 11 housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9:30 and again at 10:15 so I kind of felt rushed . Over all it's a very nice hotel

Tired looking but good value for your $$$

Pros: Good value, comfortable beds and decent breakfast
Cons: Needs a bit of a facelift and the service could be improved
Location: Conveniently located near the Destiny USA Mall with lots of parking.
We stayed here on our annual trip to syracuse. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was good value for the price of the room. The breakfast was pretty good with cereals, bagels, toasts, apples and oranges, yogurt, etc. There were even scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage depending on the day. That being said, it was pretty tired looking. The hotel and the rooms are in need of some TLC - with water stains and peeling wallpaper but nice furniture. The service was just OK. We asked for a non smoking room and it stunk to high heaven of cigarettes when we checked in. We were three women and there were not enough towels and face cloths for everyone - despite asking the cleaning lady to make sure there was three of everything. Both the woman and the man at the front desk were quite friendly and helpful though.
