We checked in late after a flight into Syracuse. The elevator and 2nd floor smelled horrible. When we opened the door to our room we were met with a rancid smell. We were ready to leave, but the woman at the front desk apologized profusely and gave us a different room on the 3rd floor. This one was much better. The carpet was really worn but the bed was clean and comfortable. The next morning we slept in till around 8. My husband was in the shower and we got a knock at the door. Before I could get to the door one of the cleaners opened the door. She closed it quickly when she realized the room was occupied and said she would come back. I doubt we will stay here again.

Clean. Rooms are as shown in photos. My room, however, was missing a couch. Not a major issue; just made the room feel super large. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, I do not recommend; the heater in the room is super loud. Other than those minor issues, great stay.
