Comfortable room. Mattress wasn't the best quality though.
We'll stay again however because they carried Epoch Times newspaper. First hotel I've seen with a conservative newspaper, yay!

Mattresses are on our list of new items. We hope you'll stop back and stay with us again when you are visiting Syracuse.
Overall decent overnight stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast was pretty good. They offered fresh berries and other fruits which is a big plus. The hotel is in need of new beds, bedding and chairs. The sofa bed mattress had yellow stains and the room did not come with bedding until requested. There were holes in the blanket. Definitely need a revamp of these items.

Following a snow fall, sidewalks connecting the parking lot in front of hotel wasn’t cleared causing a long walk around on icy driveway.
Furniture in room is badly worn with torn cushions.

Overall it was a nice place to stay needs more stuff around it and it’s set off the road parking lot needs some better lines and such. Guy who checked us in was super nice.

My stay at the Suites was one surprise after another. I had my dog with me and the $75 fee was a surprise. The Suites charges $75 for 1-6 days. It was a bit much for one day I thought. Then, the man at desk told me there was a complimentary evening meal. We fed the dog, too. I could not figure out how to make the dvd player work in the room so maintenance came and started it for us. We asked if there was a place in the hotel to get popcorn. Roy said he didn’t think so. About a half hour later there was a knock on our room door. The maintenance man had gone to the store and bought us a bag of popcorn. He wouldn’t let us pay for it. Everywhere I went with my dog, the staff were so gracious. Mary fed the dog breakfast bacon. Put that the suite was clean and super comfortable, I give this place all the stars I can give it.

This was a stop on a journey, quick in and out. Easy to find, super friendly, helpful staff. Clean and well appointed with easy Wi-Fi! Loved the kitchenette idea, even if I didn’t use it. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Close to Syracuse University which is what we were looking for. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

Room was somewhat clean, however, hair left in the bathroom sink. The bed was not comfortable, just an old spring matress that was sinking in the middle. Room refrigerator wasn't cold enough to keep the food cold. Breakfast is only served at 7h30 am, which isn't really conveinient if you are there for work and leave early. Also, the gym equipment all require maintenance. There is better for the price.

Enjoyable stay, a little confusion initially finding the hotel when GPS was set to Electronics Pkwy address (it's beside/behind a now vacant Ramada Inn building). The room was very clean and comfortable, worked well for our 2-night stay with the full fridge and couch with lounge end. Breakfast was fine, we did not take advantage of the light supper that was offered 5:30 - 7:00. Only issue that might make us consider an alternative next time is that it appears to be in the flight path from the Syracuse Airport, so intermittent and reasonably loud flight noise when trying to get to sleep! Otherwise location was good in relation to interstates, Destiny USA and restaurants. One snafu - somehow we were checked out after one night and had to be checked in again!

The beds were so bad and so noisy! They could not give us an accessible bathroom but gave use one with a broken and unsafe toilet. I’ve maker broken. Disposal broken. Sink clogged. Room was worn out and in need of much maintenance (room 556). We had to change room for day two.

The property is very well-kept. The front desk staff were polite and accommodating. My bed was very comfortable, although the sheets had an odd smell. I could have asked for a bed change but did not. The breakfast was okay. I would return to the hotel for a short stay.

The place is clean, safe and comfortable. Hot breakfast daily and free supper meal Mon-Thurs. Spacious rooms. Only complaint is that I had to call everyday to have someone exchange towels and take trash. And there's no pool, but I knew that ahead of time. I stayed a week, would definitely go back!

We loved the suite! It was so convenient that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We could have used more seating in the living space for when friends visited but everything was lovely. We were actually disappointed that we only needed to stay one night.

Mary, who works helping with breakfast during the weekends, was an absolute JOY!! Looked forward to seeing her in the morning. The room was very nicely laid out. The hotel location was weird though. It is behind the closed Sheraton hotel. Just strikes you as very odd.
