"Czarny Potok is an outstanding place to visit and to stay there for relaxation, or for business meetings. Highly recommended. It was not the first visit for me and my wife, and we will be happy to visit it once again. "

"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses were there all the days for the 6 days we spent there... This place has almost unlimited potential and is always worth recommending if someone can stomach these little dents."
