NOTE: I am not able to review the hotel so I gave them the middle.
SO we had our reservation for 3 nights during the F1 event. I was in touch with the hotel via email and asked them for a late check in. Their response was - NO problem, they sent us a phone number where we should call after arriving. When we arrived after 6 hours of driving the owner (?) told us that we don´t have a reservation. So we showed him our reservations and he was like no no it´s too late - I showed him our email conversation that we can arrive late and he told us no way and he was super rude to me. We ended up without the hotel. After hour of arguing he drove us to the some kind men and we got a accomodation for our stay but it was more expensive. Even he got us the accomodation I am so disappointed that I would never ever recommend this hotel to anybody! He could say from the beginning that our reservation was sold and could us drove to the other pension - I can understand mistake happens but he was so rude that he made me cry.
