"We had a wonderful stay at Taj Club House . Staff were very polite. At the restaurant we were served by a staff called Puii and she is phenomenal."

"Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun. All the restaurants were buffet-style, with a really eclectic spread of dishes - was fun trying everything out :) Gym primarily had cardio equipment, which was good enough for me. Only a couple of minor gripes - the in-house cab rate was definitely on the higher side, but it's the price for convenience and I was OK with it. Neither of the chairs in the room were that comfortable, though the bed was perfectly fine."

"From check in to check out Hyatt Regency, Chennai made it an easy process. The room was clean and nice. The room service was good, and the laundry facilities were available around the clock. The staff was friendly, and greeted us with warmth every time. The dining options were good."
