Hotel was really nice. Good location in T Nagar.Very clean room with comfortable bed. Excellent service by staff both at the reception and in the Restaurant. For such a nice hotel, the quality of towels can be better. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and give 4.5 out of 5.

I booked for one double bed and one single bed. But they give us 3 single beds. They said , going to change the room but never done.

At Grand By GRT everything is great except the ser

The room was comfortable & location of Hotel is excellent. However the service is pathetic and annoying...staff needs a lot of training of understsnding & helping guests.

Overall it was a very good experience. Room was neat and complete with all requirements. Staff were very friendly. The food (north indian) ordered from the in-house restaurant was excellent. Some items were more expensive than expected. The breakfast, which was complimentary, was good in spread; but quality could be improved. It was difficult to get the attention of the staff at the coffee shop. It must be improved. Staff were courteous and friendly; but were busy unto themselves. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

STAY at GRT GRAND CHENNAI

We stayed for 6 nights. Rooms are very clean & comfortable. Hotel in good location. Very good breakfast. The staff are friendly and very helpful in particular George and Janarthanan from J Hind restaurant deserve a special mention because they were very friendly, attentive and provided a very good service over and above our expectation and looked after us very well. we were at this restaurant 3 time for dinner. The food was very tasty and spicy, the Prawn Balcha we had was very tasty & the best Balcha we had in India. We will stay here again.

Location so so . Traffic was bad. Second time stay in this hotel and food is always the same at breakfast table. Sad thing is no room slipper provided . I was given a room near the life which is noisy at night .
