Die Hotelanlage direkt am schönen Strand gelegen ist ganz okay. Weitläufig, schöner Pool, toller Strand , die Zimmer sind auch sehr geräumig. .. Allerdings ist das Essen eine Katastrophe und die Organisation am Check-in sowie im Restaurant sehr chaotisch und unorganisiert. . Das Essen schmeckte überhaupt nicht, die Getränke in dem sogenannten All-in hotel waren von schlechter Qualität. Zwischendurch gab es keine Snacks. Für uns war es kein all-in Hotel. Lange Schlangen beim Essen sodass man nicht das gewünschte Essen bekommen konnte. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels auch All-in Hotels aber so eine schlechte Bewirtung bzw Essen habe ich noch nicht erlebt. IcH war total enttäuscht von dem mövenpick hotel. Wir wollten ursprünglich eine Nacht länger bleiben aber wir waren froh das wir abreisen konnten.

I’m sorry that you did not like the check in experience although we are having a huge check in and check out and as per the booking agreement check in time at 14:00 O'clock and the room was booked a mountain view room we were very glad to upgrade the room to a sea view room and the room was given at 12:50 Hrs. please accept my apology if the food quality didn’t meet your expectations, I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that I have communicated your comment regarding food to the chef in order to take the necessary corrective measures and also for our future guests not to be subject to similar inconvenience. for the All inclusive formula the hotel is offering a morning snacks from 11:00 to 12:00 noon and afternoon snacks from 15:30 till 17:30 PM in the seashell's restaurant. Very nice hotel on the beach.

Cons: Waiting for the bungalow area to be finished.
From reception to check our, the hotel staff were kind and helpful, we got a room upgrade, which we loved. The beach area is clean and well taken care of. The services at the spa were wonderful. the food was good and plenty.

Pros: Nice personal.
Cons: The surroundings...at least some cleaning work should be done --- though I assume it is not the hotel s issue...
Location: Location next to Taba border crossing. Dolphin beach - diving, Coral beach, Eilat.:-)
The Hotel is first choice regarding price/value. Within the Hotel areal everything is nicely arranged, the beach is clean, the pool also. Just some 100 meters from border, you can walk.

Pros: am Meer& sehr große Zimmer etc., frei herumfliegende Vögel in den Speiseräumen
Cons: nicht so viel Chemie auf den Rasen
Location: am Roten Meer an der Grenze zu Israel, gute Tauch-und Schnorchelmöglichkeiten
Nah am Meer, Personal etwas aufdringlich, gutes Essen, nichts für Otto-Normalverbraucher, große Pools

A Hilton with a different name.

A worthy competitor to the Hilton next door. At half the price too! Concierge a wealth of local information! Egyptian staff make workers at Disneyworld look antisocial. Restaurant buffet is good but bland. Experienced same blandness at Hilton, and at other Sinai coast hotels. Nonethless, a nice hotel with pools and an attractive beach.
