Very nice complex with all the amenities

Cons: Not sure
We were very pleased with the staff and condition of the room. Very nice of front desk to upgrade us to a suite even though we had booked a golf view room. For us - being senior citizens the complex was just too busy with families who obviously were enjoying the swimming facilities. The golf course was out of our price range.

Nice hotel on Golf course with views of the ocean.

The location is perfect for playing a round of Golf on Nirwana Golf Course. We were in a Golf view suite which had terrific views but the room decor could be updated. The sofa definitely should be replaced. The king size bed was very comfortable. Always plenty of bottled water and bath amenities. The staff was helpful and always pleasant. The spa could also use a little freshening up. The treatment rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and new floors. The Pro Shop was excellent. Course in good condition. The food at the Terrace was good.

We loved our stay, but there was 2 minor issues. Not enough vegetarian meals to choose from. The pillows are too big on bed.

4 night vacation

Pros: Excellent location. Friendly staff.
Cons: The bathroom and swimming pool show their age.
Location: Location is far from touristy areas. Wonderful sight of temple and Indian Ocean.
I spent 4 nights there with my wife and kids. Pacific Club advantage was great. Hotel has friendly staff. Location was second to none...on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean with landmark temple in the background. Excellent in all aspects!

Excellent hotel, close to the beach

Pros: Great food and great service.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Location: Many activities to choose from, amazing swimming pool, close to many land marks, golfing, horse riding, kids club.
Great hotel, great staff, lots of activities to do. Excellent for children and parents.

Superb location that used to be a Le Méridien

Pros: Cleanliness, quality of food and amazing views.
Cons: Offer more opportunities to discover the area around the hotel.
Location: Tanah Lot obviously but there are other religious sites nearby.
Beautiful location and well maintained property. I read negative comments - mostly from Customers having English as their mother tongue - about staff communication skills in English. I personally never met any member of staff having difficulties n nicer standing what I needed.
