Lovely Resort!

The resort is gorgeous and the location is simply beautiful. Close to many attractions. There's so much to do in the hotel, outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor as well. Restaurant, bar, cafe, sweet shop, ice cream, tennis court, marina with boat rentals. We stayed for our honeymoon weekend and we will definitely be returning for our one year anniversary.

Pros: The staff was great.
Location: Show Boat Top of the Rock
Our balcony was right above the hotel spot lights. Could not sit out on balcony after 8:15PM because the lights shown right in our face.

A very enjoyable vacation experience.

Pros: Our room was very spaceous and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom also was nice in size. Having a balcony, gave us a place to enjoy the views.
Cons: For myself, it is hard to suggest improvment. Our stay was perfect.
Location: For what we wanted to see and do the location was the best. This was our first trip to Branson and this location made things easy.
The hotel staff and service was first class. The location provided beautiful views of the lake and hills, with some wonderful sunsets. Dining was great and the sweet shop was a treat. The interior of the hotel was breathtaking with the water falls and ponds, which allowed one to enjoy peacefull relaxation.

Awesome place to stay!

Pros: Location
Cons: Larger pool area
Location: Perfect location in a beautiful setting and away from the crowds and traffic
Beautiful hotel on a hill overlooking the Ozarks with many amenities and a superb hotel staff. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. View of Table Rock lake is incredible. Would highly recommend!

Amazing experience!

Pros: Staff, view, and food!
Cons: Need more signs to find the hotel. Got lost several times in the hills.
The view was absolutely stunning! The staff was probably the best staff I had experienced at a hotel. They were very cheerful and ready to help with anything.

Nice hotel directly on the lake

Fantastic location and picturesque views. The interior is Embassy suites mixed with Bass Pro shop. Center atrium with water features and restaurants. Only disappointment was the room decor - seemed heavy and dated.

Disappointed with my stay

I booked through Expedia. When I booked I was given a $25.00 food credit. The hotel didn't show that. Had to forward my email to them to get that. When I tried to use it later there was a problem so that took many phone calls to my room. The first night stay I woke up to construction work above my room. Very loud concrete hammer drill. I had to pack everything up and move to another room. Was not offered a better room or any compensation for my trouble. Finally after we checked out we had to come back to get my daughter's pillow she forgot. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. The house keeping supervisor then walked by but would not stop as the girl at the front desk called her name several times. I finally had to call her name very loud to stop her. We did not get the pillow back. They could not find it. Finally, the second room had a lot of long black hair stuck to the tiles in the shower.

Anniversary.

Pros: The lobby was amazing.
Location: Was very close to the Branson Belle, which we attended.
Nice big, clean rooms. Decorated nicely. Easy parking. Friendly helpful staff. Love the location and view. Was close to the Branson Belle which we attended. Loved the Kurig coffee. We will be back.

Relaxing stay near Branson

Pros: Relaxing and away from tourist strip.
Cons: Have food options later at night.
Overall, this is an excellent place to say that is outside of the tourist area.. but close to everything that you need. If you don't like the restaurant food options, you can have food delivered from a local pizza place.
