"The grounds were pretty, and then you get into the room and start to realize the room quality does not match the grounds quality. The shower looked like it had been leaking on both sides into the wall and the wall was soft and they had just painted over it instead of fixing it. In one day we saw a brown recluse and a centipede, so I’m not sure if they spray for bugs or not, but I’ve never had bugs in any other hotel/condo that I’ve stayed in. "

"Overall great experience for my very first time using VRBO. The host was fantastic. She communicated everything we needed before we needed it. Even let us check in 30 mins early, which worked out perfect because we arrived early. The property was perfect. My kids had a blast fishing at the marina. Lake view was great. Parking was a breeze. "This hotel used to be our favorite in Branson. It used to have a great amenity, the indoor water park with slides, hot tubs and awesome poolside drinks and meals. We returned after a 2.5yr break from Branson and found out there’s nothing anymore. Now there’s really nothing that sets it apart from a Motel 6. Great prices though "

"Civilization out in the middle.The property is for the most part in disrepair. The t v in the bedroom only came on in black and white, the air conditioner did not work properly, the it makes hotels hot tub jets were only fifty percent working. This property charges and boasts way too much for the condition.It is in."

"Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very nice, clean and up to date. My wife had suffered a fall the day before so finding that the elevator was only about 15 feet from out entry door was a nice surprise."
