wifi is good

Pros: wifi
Location: great location . there are a lot of restruants near the hotel
We only stayed one night but thought it was nice enough. The desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were happy with the accommodation.and wifi is so fast this is very important for me.

Pros: location and rate.
Cons: nothing
Location: locations is really good because there are some markets and resturant too.
I stayed one night this hotel. I'm just student so i don't have a lot of money so i booked this hotel but i felt it was good. Room was cleaned and staff was nice. and very quite when i was sleep. Thanks~

It was convenient to the venues we visited. The room was over crowded, the faucets leaked in the bathroom, wasn't given info on the website that an extra deposit was needed before the room was payed for. The stay with them was ok, but not spectacular. They served our needs for a short stay.

We are sorry you felt you weren't made aware of the additional deposit that is fully refundable when checking out. It does state at the bottom of the web sites that their may be an additional deposit upon check in. It is also stated at the bottom of the confirmation email you receive.

Cheap Price Bad Place

The shower curtains were dirty, beds had stains in the and the customer service was bad! Pay for what you get. Not real breakfast either. Just juice and crackers.

Not the best part of the neighborhoods

It wasn't in a very good part of the neighborhood, then supposed to have a continental breakfast and it didn't didn't even coffee

Reservation was on file and check in was a breeze. Room was on second floor as I prefer and was clean, quite. Pleased overall as usual as I stay here on a regular basis.

Directly next to railroad track - loud!

Alyssa, the receptionist, has no business in hospitality. There are all sorts of fines & weird rules, undisclosed deposits etc. The room cleanliness was marginal at best, with random hair everywhere & towels I was afraid to even use. I was threatened with a $150 fine if the room was smoked in, yet upon my arrival it REEKED of smoke ALREADY. $20 per hour of time past checkout & it was at 11am. This place is cheap - but not cheap enou g given what you get for the money. I'd say it'd be a good value at about $45 AFTER TAXES & FEES! Stay elsewhere, you'll be happy you did.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with our hotel. We do have certain policies all of our employees have to follow. On the confirmation at the bottom of your email it should state that an additional deposit may be required upon check in, so we are sorry if you feel this was not made clear. As for the rooms and their cleanliness we have just undergone new ownership and are in the process of fixing everything wrong with all the rooms it is a long process that will take some time to do.

Cons: Lots
There is no breakfast, it is some items in wrappers, no drink items, no fruit, there is know way anyone would call that close to being a served breakfast. Paint was pealing from the walls in my room.

What a dive!

King bed frame with a queen/full mattress, peeling paint, hair embedded into dirty towels, hair in the shower wall, dirty floor- not vacuumed , no light covers- just bulbs, two pillows- total, broken/ chipped furniture, coffee for one, no continental breakfast... complete dive!
