Arrived late. Shuttle from airport was slow. Other than shuttle, we had a good stay.

Pros: Access to the freeway.
Checking in was nice and easy. The room was clean and spacious. My experience was going well until the morning. I got a phone call form the hotel and a knock on my door assuming to be notified about my checkout being 11. However my checkout time was at 12. I went to the lobby to notify the receptionist and she quickly apologized and would alert housekeeping. What was worse is housekeeping entered our room after I notified the front desk.

Friendly Comfortable and Helpful.

Pros: Separate bedroom. Free Shuttle to Airport and back. Great Breakfast with omelet.
Cons: Softer bed and new carpet.
Location: We were on our way to a cruise, so we didn't do much. But it did take a while for them to shuttle us to the hotel. But the staff was friendly.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We came in late and the staff was friendly and alert. The beds were a little hard and décor in the bedroom was dated. However, everything looked clean. The shuttle was slow to get to airport and took about 15 minute drive to hotel.

check in person forgot to give us our gift Bed had sand or salt in the bed- had to remake it & use our own sheets Gal in the grill was extra nice

Better hotels in Seattle

We only stayed here because of its location. The beds were horrible. Air conditioner didn't work well at all. Washing machine was broke. Shuttle issues to and from the airport. Only good thing about the hotel in my opinion was the breakfast. I'll never stay here again.

Worst hotel experience ever

If I had the option to leave, I would have! I arrived at check in time and was told by the manager it would be another forty minutes for my room. I had to ask for a discount, it was not offered, for the inconvenience. I loaded my handicapped mother back into the car and we came back over an hour later wondering why we were never called to inform us our room was ready. Turns it it was because our room was never being cleaned while we were gone. The manager was hiding in the back and finally came out to talk to me after I refused to leave the desk. I was told it'd be another hour. Again very inconcienced with my time and my mother is in a wheelchair. Finally arrived in our room, no big deal. As we were leaving, I learned why the rooms don't get cleaned. A cleaning woman was blocking the elevator waiting to go up, another cleaning woman got off the elevator, that was going up, and the two proceeded to talk and block the elevators with their large carts. I had to ask them multiple times to move in order to finally get my mother on the elevator. The staff is completely unorganized and needs a ton of training in hospitality.

Thank-you for your recently stay. I do apologize regarding the checking time, and process. It was completely unacceptable that your room wasn't ready and as you were standing at the desk you hear me asking my housekeeping supervisor the status on your room, and she said 45 more min, and for the inconvenience I had refund you part of what you paid from Expedia. Once again, when you came back at 4pm and the room wasn't ready even thou housekeeping said they were working on the room when you left at 3pm, I had made you another refund in cash for the room not being clean. Also I do apologize about my housekeeping staff and housekeeping supervisor , for not having your room ready and for blocking the elevator.
