The hotel had 1 agent checking people in. Could they not predict the need for a second agent on a sold-out concert night? There were 14 people in line when I came in. While the room was clean, there was no comfort upgrades done recently. The pillows were so old, the cotton fill was almost non-existent. The sheets were pilling, and felt like sandpaper. and the blanket was thread- bare. I called to get an extra blanket twice. I never got it. I cannot believe they have a Best Western flag. The brand certainly requires better?
The agent at the desk when we checked out could care less about our complaints. Very disappointed in his lack of customer recovery.
