Nice Hotel that Allows Pets

Pros: The rooms were clean and nice. Beds were quite comfortable.
Cons: Better insulation between rooms, also updated plumbing so the noise isn't so loud when surrounding rooms turned on the water.
This was a nice hotel in the heart of Tacoma, it is close to many things. We stayed here because we were attending a cat show with our cats and this was the closest hotel to the convention center that allowed our cats to stay. The only complaint we had was the thinness of the walls. You could hear all of the rooms around you; on either side, above, below, and across the hall.

Facility was great and had great prices. Complimentary breakfast was nice, clean, and organized. Would come again.

Pros: Very nice helpful people.
Location: Very near the I5 freeway. Lots of stores and a big mall nearby.
I simply needed a room for my son until a mattress was delivered.

Almost perfect

Excellent room, large, comfortable and very clean. Outstanding well-stocked hot/cold buffet breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff. Overall, a quality hotel at a bargain price. But no elevator for upper level, rendering luggage carts useless. And need to request a room in the back to attenuate the constant noise from the heavy I-5 traffic in the front of the property.

Don't stay here

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Location was okay.
Check in was easy. Sheets were dirty. Fridge didn't work. Walked to our room and the hallways smelled like weed. During the night the people next to us were so loud and smoking pot. Told the front desk and all they said was "sorry". I'm glad we only had to stay one night.

Staff cares and nice perks too

Pros: Wonderful breakfast included in price....hot dishes and cold. Great choices.. 4 choices of complimentary coffee strengths in lobby, regular and decaf
Cons: Some confusion over the time breakfast stopped being served. Manager immediately resolved situation. Room signage needs to be changed.
Location: Location was perfect for my traveling between Tacoma and Puyallup
From reservation to sign out, everything about this place was great! Even the "bumps" were quickly resolved in a timely, appropriate and respectful manner.
