Nice hotel - and the staff were really nice and helpful. It's a bit tucked away from the main drag but still there was constant construction noise from the adjacent property. Wifi is totally unreliable.

Staff was nice and the room was good. However, the wireless internet connection was terrible and there was not a lot of room in the dining area.

Quiet hotel and great staff.

My only complaint is that there were not enough tables and chairs in the lounge during breakfast. We had to eat in our rooms. :(

Close to family

Hotel was too noisy. Poor insulation. Could hear big foot above us. We were on the 1st floor. Could hear every exit door slam. Individual doors would slam if you didn't prevent it by guiding it.. didn't ask for a wheel chair accessible room. Bathroom floor a mess after every shower. Asked to be moved the first night because of noisy guest. They couldn't accommodate us the first night, but promised to move us the next day. The next morning they told us the noisy gue5next door had moved and we could move. We opted to stay to keep from moving everything. Mistake. ..the next guest moved in were just as noisy. We called the front desk and asked as a courtesy to please call and ask them to pipe down. They did. Just not a great experience. The breakfast was ok

Decent hotel in seatac airport area

Hotel is nice, room are quite good, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complait would be the breakfast area; it is way to small, very small to accomodate the guest. The food itself is decent. The employees attending the food area is not enough to fulfill the demand. Visited in July '16

Close to the freeway south of Seattle airport

I have given it a poor score on condition because our shower was cold in the morning (the boiler had to be rebooted) and the swimming pool was closed for maintenance.
