The room was not up to the standard. Wasn't properly cleaned by the house keeper. Everything that we touched was sticky, I had to sanitize the table, chair and the TV Desk. The sink had a big hole and no stoppers to hold anything, should any small thing that may have fallen. one of the lights wasn't working. will not recommend this place to anyone and will never stay here again

Property needs updating and some TLC. Shower head in room 109 is wedged between shampoo and conditioner bottle. Holder is broke. Suite door between rooms provides zero privacy can hear the next rooms conversations. Work out room scores a zero. 2 treadmills and one doesn’t work. Very few free weights. Weight machine cables barely work. At the end of the day I guess that’s what you get at a comfort inn. Maybe my expectations were too high.

Save your money. Homeless people and car break ins every night. The front desk staff were awful and extremely rude. The whole building smelled like pot. The pool was disgustingly dirty. The elevator had graffiti and was falling apart. The room was just as gross. Our curtains had blood on them and the surfaces were all sticky and dirty the carpet looks like it had never been cleaned. They locked us out of our room an hour before our check out time with all our personal belongings in the room and then tried to tell us we only had 20 minutes to get our stuff and get out. No apologies for locking us out of our room we paid for. Terrible.

This location is ideal because the indoor pool is open late and the hot tub as well. The location is central to shopping and dining... Inside the room. However, the curtains were very old stained and so was the bathroom. If they did a couple upgrades inside the room this place would be perfect

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel and 2 nights we couldn't use the pool and hot tub. Complained to the front desk staff and nothing. There is a lot of homeless people around the place too. Overall it was an all right 4 days stay but we wouldn't stay there again

While the staff were pleasant and professional, the room was rather run-down. Closet was missing door for one half, desk chair was looking very old and tattered, and bathroom mirror was significantly scratched and old. One set of cabinets were completely missing any sort of handles such that the space was only usable as a countertop.

Our grandkids were disappointed with the pool being closed. (no explanation offered). Our room was noisy... You could hear water running next door or toilet flushing. The parking is cramped. In between Seattle and Tacoma
Nice place to stay in suburban Seattle/Tacoma area, in Federal Way, since I didn't want to be in downtown Seattle due to extra cost for parking. And that Federal Way is halfway between Seattle and Tacoma. I wanted to be close to the Lemay and Flight museums. However, drive to and from Seattle was time consuming. It took over an hour due to constructions and rush hour traffic. Room was big, and with it being on the top floor the ceiling was vaulted creating a larger feel. Bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed it. Everything about the room was clean. Included breakfast had hot and cold options. Plenty of food choices around and shopping options in the area. Be aware of unsavory characters in the bushes at the far end of the parking lot at night. Overall, I'm satisfied with the selection.

Front desk was very nice. Paid good price for a suite and had many problems. Woke up to a big puddle in living area, curtains falling off the rods, no water pressure in shower and when we went to pool area the hot tub was very dirty and full of sand/ dirt substance on bottom. Location was great but Hotel seems to lack pride in taking care of their amenities.

Good stay
My room was large and quite comfortable, though a little outdated. Very quiet as it is away from busy roads. Breakfast options were the same every day, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, toast, yogurt. Only apples for fruit. I walked around the area quite a bit and always felt safe, even when I was walking at night, although I wondered about the apartment buildings next door...
