Big Room for One Person

Pros: See above. In addition, as I have a gastric lap band, they had food I CAN EAT.
Location: I was there to spend time with relations for a holiday but great shopping....IKEA, South Center close by and not far away from Tacoma Dome.
Clean, comfortable big room. Everything worked. Comfortable bed and quiet. Very good for the level of hotel and had everything I needed. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful.

Worst hotel

They pulled me out the shower and told me they wanted me gone do to the smell marijuana in the hall way, which I didn't understand because I never in my life have smoked or drank! No refund for my remainder day's or anything just 20 mins to get out and stand held the door of my room open for me

Unfortunately, we had several complaints from guests and staff regarding the smell of marijuana coming from your room. Upon inspection, management determined that the smell was in fact coming from your room. We have a strict no smoking policy (including both tobacco and marijuana) due to the fact that we are a family friendly environment. Our policy is included on the registration card that was signed at check in, we do ask anyone who does not comply with our policy to leave the hotel. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The hotel was super clean the staff was wonderful and I would stay there again.
Cons: Nothing. I guess breakfast hours could run a bit longer.

Nice "middle of the road" hotel

This is a good place to stay for the price. Breakfast was much better than most other hotels. Easy to get on the interstate and close to restaraunts. Margret checked us in and was an absolute delight. She let us change from the first to the fourth floor and even wished me a happy early b day.

Expensive airport shuttle

For a hotel within 10 miles of the airport one expects shuttle service! Included in the hotel price. They don't, but give you a service to contact instead. This cost an additional $70 for roundtrip service. A little truth in advertising is needed instead of hitting customers with this kind of surprise charge. Obviously they save a lot of money by not providing this service and that's okay, but only if they make it clear to their customers. Not listing it as a service isn't sufficient. They should be upfront and tell what it will cost you so you can plan accordingly. Note if we had a rental car the hotel would have been fine, but am pretty sure many before us have been bitten on this.

We do work with several third-party companies with negotiated pricing (starting at $24 per ride) and if there is ever an issue with that negotiated discount, we are more than willing to get in contact with them and to create a solution.
