The location is very convenient. Just at right off highway, yet no noise from highway while staying. Only one thing was, there was some loud noise for few times in the middle of the night, sounded like pipe blowing or water running in pipes from shower? The noise sounded like from the wall (though I’m not sure because I wasn’t fully awake to investigate). It was loud enough to wake me up, but otherwise it was a nice easy stay.

You use the cheapest thinnest toilet paper ever. Not usual Marriott standards. Some bath towels getting pretty thin.

The staff went above and beyond to help me provide temporary housing for a person in need. It was a stressful situation in my mind, but the staff especially Cheri made everything a dream.

Notes.com should have shown the $150 non refundable pe fee in booking and I should have had to opt in. I choose in booking I was bringing a small dog.

Our apologies if hotels.com did not provide you with opt in or out link for a pet cleaning fee information however when we looked up the information provided pet fee is stated on the main page for our hotel booking. We charge the fee due to the extensive cleaning of the pet rooms. I have shared your feedback with the leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent similar issue from occurring in the future.I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. Courtyard as a brand does not provide bell-service and limited staffing at the front desk making it difficult to step away from the desk to assist with bags. I apologize this did not meet your expectations.

Hotel and staff were most obliging and helpful . Domestic staff were equally helpful Felt very safe in the hotel but wouldn’t like to wander around outside for any distance

Blood on sheets
There was blood on my daughters sheets . Staff didn’t know what to do or say except “ I’m sorry”. That doesn’t make it alright.! That’s horrible that my daughter slept in dirty bloody sheets. Also no one answered to get fresh towels to the room so we can to go to the front desk to pick them up. No clean towels at the pool. Staff didn’t seem to want to work. Our view was of the freeway with homeless people. The hallway smelled like dog.
