Conveniently located.

Adverage hotel. Rooms aren't cleaned every day unless you pay extra for daily cleaning.

Not a bargain at any price

Arrived at 10:30 pm to check in, and there was no one available. Waited and called to try to reach someone while calls were ignored at the vacant front desk. I decided to answer a ringing phone, and a hotel employee answered and said she was on her way. She arrived at 11pm and explained that the front desk person was supposed to complete a repair and likely neglected the front desk. He appeared a few minutes later and apologized. When we finally did get a room it smelled of smoke and food. The bathroom was also poorly cleaned. If you are looking to save a few dollars, you should still avoid this hotel - there is no bargain to be found here.

It was nice and relaxing

Had a great experience from check in to check out. Staff was great. Only downfall, not a big breakfast selection.

Run down and smoky.

Pros: location only
Cons: Enforcement of smoking policy- yuck!
Location: Pretty close to King County Aquatic Center
Convenient location from KCAC, with fridge and kitchen, was nice for our swimmer to rest/ eat. However, run down place. Such horrible cigarette smoke odor we had to hold our breath up the elevator and down the hallways near it. And there is no exercise room!! Expedia picture for the place- totally wrong- told there's a gym across the street at the mall!

Excellent for moving or long vacation stays

Very comfortable room makes you feel at home with the small kitchen area, fridge and microwave. Definitely recommend for long stays just don't expect the best service up front all the time.
