Front desk did not help me for calling taxi back to the airport very early morning. It never happened wtih other hotels. Not happy at all with this hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback about your stay with us. I do apologize that our staff was unable to help you with your taxi needs during your stay with us. This is not now our desk is supposed to operate and I am so sorry that it had such a negative impact on your stay with us. Under most circumstances we would gladly call taxi services for our guest, we do sometimes suggest the guest contacts the taxi service if there are specific timelines that the guest is on. We also provide guest other suggestions for services to the airport such as Uber or Aeroporter Shuttles. Once again i am very sorry for the negative experience that you faced while you were with us.
