After getting up at 3am to fly out of LAX arrive in Seattle for a wedding. We met up with family for lunch, mind you check in was 3pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm to the hotel tired and wanted to freshen up before a family dinner. They didn't have our room ready. REALLY!! And did nothing to correct this issue. I had to ask for an equivalent room as we have been up for 13 hours already. WOW no manager got involved.
