The Elks Temple was such a fun place to stay! Beds are comfy and decor is so cute! Please be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR until late June. This means no coffee upstairs in the morning, and you either need to haul your luggage or ask the front desk for a hand (which they seemed happy to do). Those with mobility issues might wish to stay elsewhere until that elevator is back in action.

This place is so much fun and the people who work there are SO helpful and nice! The decor is amazing and the light fixtures make me want to visit their warehouse to see what other stupendous items are in there, and I’d like to hire the same decorators to design and outfit my house if I were to win the lottery.

Worth the time and money
Our 3rd visit was just as enjoyable as the 1st. The main attraction, you do not have to leave the Temple. There's plenty of dining options as well as libations. And the food, incredible.

I’ve been to McMenamen’s many times, but this is the first time staying at the hotel. I love the atmosphere, food and of course my personal favorite is their cocktails. The room itself was fun and eclectic which my teen loved.

way cool old reno property with lots to do on site. parking pretty tough if you dont get there early. staff was great except one bartender at sportsbar he was in a big hurry to close kinda of a ass. would recommend to stay
