Rooms were clean but need to be upgraded. This hotel is along the lines of a motel 6 or super 8.

staff was friendly, floors dirty

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: The room was not cleaned the first day after asking. Then the next day it was cleaned but the toiletries were not refreshed.
Location: Location was fine.
I have already sent pictures of how dirty my husbands feet were after walking around the room. The carpet was still damp---I think it may have been shampooed but it was still filthy. Also, my husband and I feel that this room #113 was previously a smoking room because the smell of smoke was evident. We have stayed at Quality Inns in the and been very happy that is why we returned to one but we will not return to this hotel. Thank-you.

Good area access

Just off a major Hwy yet quiet at night. Good amenities including a great breakfast including hot foods. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Worth the money

Pros: worth the money, professional staff
Cons: For Families, move it farther from the casino. For people there to visit the casino, move it closer
Location: Tacoma not too far away, nice downtown and zoo, 6th ave loaded with small interesting businesses, If your solo ona tear, the casino right across road
The breakfast was simple and good for the Family, Ezmeralda at the front desk was helpful, stayed twice some rooms better than others, Families on their their way to the fair, retirees, regular guy truckers, people there to visit casino across street.

Nice motel and staff, excellent breakfast choices! Shower moldy so did not use, couch covered in white stains

We were too sleepy to make the drive back to Portland. Just a quick stop for the night. Quick and simple .... I'm surprised we didn't catch a stray bullet, to say the least. You couldn't step out of the door without seeing some strung out crazy idiot screaming down the street! Think I'm joking? Stay one night. You'll see.

Affordable hotel with access to downtown Tacoma

Hotel is dated but clean. Several interesting people wandering the parking lot. Continental breakfast was decent.

clean and quiet

Pros: comfortable, quiet
Cons: gym was terrible. gym br badly need cleaning, gym tv no remote, no music, gym equipment missing attachments
Location: nothing nearby but this was central to what we wanted/ needed to do. within 20 minutes of sites in three diff directions. t
nice room. not big but was comfortable. our room was on the back away from traffic, with windows closed it was very quiet. this is near Tacoma docks so traffic is congested so patience is required
