"Nice and clean hostel with a shared sink in each room. The shower stalls are clean, but a bit narrow (width: no enough to raise both elbows out to shoulder height) Good breakfast :) Just 1-2min walk from the bus stop. However, the bus doesn't come around as frequently as some other places. Also, it's a pretty small bus, so depending on your timing, it could get tough getting on board."

"This is one the cheapest places to stay in Saas-Fee and, of course, you get what you pay for. But the Walser is a very basic annexe of the Hotel Tenne where you check in. The room was old but clean and reasonably well appointed. But there is a derelict air about the rest of the place. "A cozy tiny house, on a sunny mountainside with great views. In a calm, authentic little town. A great surprise for us was the path, just at the end of the garden, who takes you on a beautiful trip around the mountain. There is other great trails further up the mountain (starts 10 min. away in car), with spectacular views. We used it for skiing, and tried Cervina, Valtournence, Thorgnon and Chamois. "Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. "
