Very Far and old hotel

Pros: nothing much
Cons: so many things need to be improved
Location: very far from the city
I dont recommend this hotel, it is very old and far from everything, very classic hotel, looks since the 1980s never changed.

Convenient and close to the airport

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds, quite , hot pot and coffee and tea
Location: The closest to the airport, but little far from down town
Nice hotel but expensive. Good hotel and it is one of the best hotels in the area

RECEPTION: were rude. I attempted check in the staff member told to go to his fellow staff just next to bcz his place was only to "club members". 2nd guy also relayed us to a 3rd guy who ended his ''welcoming'' to us by presenting us the usual form & military order to fill in signature & mobile number (no use of any kind words ''please,..'', ) never bothered with our luggage. We asked our luggage be brought to room, where he asked US if concierge there or not. Seeing how things were, we preferred to wait for concierge & instruct him which room to go. ROOM: reserved standard non-smoking , find out very smoking room! smell of smoke kept lurking for whole time. More, upon our arrival even found cigarette ashes from previous smoker in bathroom ashtray. Complained to reception & offered no apology to this, Said they will send housekeeping but had to call after the housekeeping ourselves bcz no one bothered. Also asked reception to find us another room where said that they will check and call back. Never called back, although noticed afterwards there was sign on the entrance of hotel saying ''there are vacant rooms. STAFF: Exception of the staff at the reception, I want to note that the concierge guys, the housekeeping guides, and the staff at the restaurant were helpful, presentable and very nice. Other than that, the reception was the worst unwelcoming place ever. Rude and arrogant people. One exception is a man there who made the check-out for us did his job as he should.
