First of all, we got stolen $200 from the hotel room safe.
I only took out money that I might spend for the day so there's no chance that I lost my money on a street or whatever. It was only in the safe and I got stolen from it. Funny right?

Second, the room wasn't worth it. It was $100 for a night, and there were a lot of moths. Seriously, I killed more than 10 moths and then at the end, I just shared a room with them.
room's wall and floor weren't clean enough. You wouldn't believe this would cost $100 to get this place.

We sincerely regret to hear that you had an unpleasant trip. Had there been an event of theft, we would be more than happy to cooperate fully with the local law enforcement to further investigate and recover your loss. However, according to our internal data, as well as the public law enforcement reports, there had not been any reported theft at the location of our hotel in the past month.
According to our contract with expedia. We can not contact you directly. Please contact expedia as soon as possible. we may be able to assist you in reporting the incident to the law enforcement and hopefully recovering your lost item(s).
In regards to your concern of the safe, all of our hotel rooms are equipped with AANON 2535L passcode safe. These passcode safes are in compliance with all ISO standards, and only have one master key. Since our employees do not have access to the master key, we have contacted the manufacturer (AANON) to investigate this occurrence. We will be happy to keep you updated as soon as we hear from the manufacturer.
As a general note, we strongly recommend that you file any complaint you may have immediately to our receptionists so that it can be addressed in a timely manner. Even though moths are very common in Taiwan in rainy days, they should not be able to come in to the rooms if you keep your windows closed. If you experience any similar experience in the future, we’d be happy to switch rooms for you. Thank you again for choosing us. We look forward to servicing you again.
