Located in Keelung, Heng Chang Business Hotel is in the city center and by the ocean. Shifen Waterfall is a notable landmark, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Keelung Night Market and Jiufen Old Street. Houtong Cat Village and Yehliu Ocean World are also worth visiting.
It's rather hard to find the hotel tucked in a small alley, signage wasn't obvious and it's quite a distance from the nearest train station. Otherwise it's great for supper-goers, the night market is literally downstairs and the traditional Ren'ai market selling sashimi is a short walk away. Cleaniless and condition are acceptable.
Great location but very dirty
There was smoking smell everywhere in the hotel. The hotel is located on upper level of Nightclub, I saw people smoking even in the elevator and quite noisy at night from karaoke. not recommended for lady who travel alone. Best location as night market just downstairs.
