The location is good, it is central and next to Taipei train and bus station. The hotel staffs are very friendly and courteous. They make you feel VIPs here. There are a few down sides though. For one, there are a few homeless around next to the property (on the walking bridge). The hotel looks kind of old. I am not really sure about its age, but it looks old and dark. In fact, the entire facility whether it is lobby, room, restaurants, they are too dark to my taste. It makes it look not too enticing to stay
