Conveniently location in Taipei
We stayed 3 nights. It was a bit small for our comfort but I believe it's consistent with Taipei standards. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. They'll make your eggs to order.

1) Receptionist is local knowledgeable and helpful. 2) Poor breakfast standard and service. Bad coffee from Cory pot. Very, very limited food selection, rice is not hot even in rice cooker. Staff is in/out pantry but does not offering egg service until you waiting a long time and ask. 3) Hotel does not offering day use rate. We pay full rate in order to check out at 1830 hours as flight leaves at 2345 hours. This hotel is not in our prefer list in future.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near Daan Station. Easy accessible to all locations in Taipei. Service staffs were very good, attentive and makes our stay very comfortably. Everything is to notch other than the breakfast spread could be healthier, with less processes food. But overall food is delicious. I'll definitely booked this hotel again when in Taipei and recommend friends and relative likewise.

Dust are seen on lamps and shades. Convenient location where near subway and restaurants around, banks, massage Center and shopping. Room was a bit too dark when curtains are closed as lights are not enough. Service of the people are good, helpful and courteous.

It’s located near the Da-an MRT station (the red line), very convenient to commute to the shopping and sight-seeing areas. The staffs were friendly. The gym was neat and surprisingly right next to their rooftop garden. The only thing I may add was the running machines didn’t work but that doesn’t affect my experience staying there. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and families.

Desk Staff services was terrible. Curbside staff was good, but room cleaning staff was unacceptable. In the past, new laundry bags were in the closet. This time my wife had to find housekeeping staff and ask for one, only this time it was used and still had a previous room number on the bag.

Pros: Central location. 5min walk to Da'an station, which intersects red line and brown line so within close proximity to CKS memorial hall, Taipei zoo and Raohe Night Market. Friendly staff. Has bellhop. 24/7 access to coffee and tea downstairs. Very good breakfast. They let us store our luggage overnight while we went on an excursion to Jiufen. Cons: Building although nice, is showing its wear and tear especially in public areas. Requires a renovation. Communication prior to arrival needs improvement. I tried to message them several times through Expedia chat about whether we can store luggage overnight and got no reply.

The place is old and needs refurbishment. AC needs servicing, makes a lot of noise when it’s on. Facilities weren’t available, sauna..

The area where a coffee machine is located on the first floor should have a limit on audio volume. Some people were very loud in phone conversations and disturbed other persons. The hotel staffer said there is no rule on loudness.

This place is in a great location. There is no pool, sauna or parking like what it says. Otherwise it’s a nice place for business travelers.

Our hotel does provide sauna. It is on the 13th floor. We do not have a pool. We do provide parking on a first-come-first-served basis, as the space is limited. There are two public parking lots near our hotel.

We appreciated the hotel's meticulous cleanliness and the complementary coffee bar self-service on the ground floor. The staff was friendly without being overbearing, which made the stay quite comfortable and enjoyable.

環境不錯設備新穎還有隔音不錯，離捷運站很近，會再次入住的好飯店，唯獨早餐選擇性比較少，但是口味是好的，房間也有提供點心、水果、飲料算是很貼心的服務，床也很好躺，整體上的體驗是很棒的!
